Practical development plans guide learning, practice and capability growth. When informed by the Growth Leader Assessment, the plan is tailored to the individual’s strengths and development priorities.

Development Sprints

Short development sprints encourage leaders to apply new ideas directly in their work through targeted practice, reflection and feedback.

Focused Workshops and Coaching

Short, highly practical workshops build key leadership skills, supported by coaching where deeper development is required.

Practical Leadership Workshops

Growth Sprint workshops are short, focused learning sessions designed to fit into busy schedules. Each workshop runs for around 90 minutes online and combines practical input with discussion, reflection and application. Participants typically engage with:
